For more than 15 years, we have worked behind the scene as one of Australia's largest candle supply distributors, manufacturing and supplying many of the glassware, wicks, packaging and components that support Australian candle businesses' candle-making range.

Why Scentroma?

As the industry has grown, so have the needs of candle businesses.

Many established businesses want to purchase larger quantities directly from the manufacturing source, while smaller makers may need lower minimum quantities and access to a wider range of products.

Scentroma was created to serve that bulk-supply side of the market.

With our manufacturing operation in China and our business based in Australia, we provide a direct channel for customers purchasing candle vessels, wicks, lids, packaging and other components in bulk.

Our products undergo multiple stages of quality assurance during production and before shipment. Our experienced team works to identify and address issues at the manufacturing level before products reach our customers.

And when a quality issue does arise, we don't believe responsibility should be passed between a factory, an agent and a customer.

Scentroma takes responsibility for the products we supply and for addressing quality issues when they arise.

That accountability is part of what separates direct supply from simply placing an order through an intermediary.
