1. About Scentroma
Scentroma Group Pty Ltd supplies candle-making products, packaging solutions, accessories, and related products to businesses, creators, and candle makers across Australia.
Scentroma operates as a bulk supply and wholesale supplier. Products may be purchased through our online store or through customised supply arrangements for customers requiring larger quantities, custom manufacturing, or ongoing supply solutions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Scentroma website or placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- You have authority to enter into the transaction.
Scentroma reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues.
- Incorrect pricing or website errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Failure to meet payment requirements.
- Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
3. Website Use

4. Products and Product Information

- Manufactured products may have minor variations within acceptable production tolerances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information before purchase.
5. Product Suitability and Testing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended use.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Candle jar compatibility.
- Wax selection.
- Wick selection.
- Fragrance compatibility.
- Burn testing.
- Final product testing and safety requirements.
Scentroma may provide product information and guidance where available; however, customers remain responsible for testing and validating products before commercial use.
Scentroma does not guarantee that products will achieve a customer's intended manufacturing, performance, or commercial outcome unless specifically agreed in writing.
6. Bulk Orders and Wholesale Purchases
Scentroma specialises in bulk supply orders.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Products may be supplied in carton quantities or minimum order quantities.
- Bulk pricing is based on agreed quantities and product specifications.
- Customers are responsible for confirming quantities, specifications, and requirements before placing orders.
Bulk orders cannot be cancelled due to:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect quantity selection.
- Business decisions.
- Changes in customer requirements.
Approved returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to the Scentroma Return and Refund Policy.
7. Custom Products and OEM Orders
Scentroma may provide custom manufacturing services, including:
- Custom printed candle jars.
- Custom packaging.
- Special production requests.
- Customer-specific manufacturing solutions.
For custom orders:
- Customers must provide accurate artwork, specifications, measurements, and requirements.
- Production will only commence after approvals and payment requirements have been completed.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all production details.
Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Scentroma is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-approved artwork, specifications, measurements, or instructions.
8. Order Approval and Production Commencement
For bulk, custom, or made-to-order products, customers acknowledge that production, procurement, or inventory allocation may commence after required approvals and payment conditions have been completed.
Once production, procurement, or allocation has commenced:
- The order cannot be cancelled due to customer preference changes or business decisions.
- Customers remain responsible for the agreed order quantity and payment obligations.
- Changes requested after commencement may result in additional costs, revised timelines, or may not be possible depending on the production stage.
9. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed by Scentroma are subject to change without notice.
Pricing may be affected by:
- Manufacturing costs.
- Freight costs.
- Currency fluctuations.
- Supplier changes.
- Market conditions.
Payment must be received before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For approved commercial arrangements, payment terms may include:
- Full payment upfront.
- Deposit payments.
- Other agreed payment arrangements.
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, or cancellation of orders.
10. Inventory Holding and Scheduled Supply Arrangements
Scentroma may provide managed inventory holding and scheduled delivery arrangements for approved customers with large recurring orders.
Where products have been manufactured, purchased, or allocated specifically for a customer:
- The customer remains responsible for the agreed order quantity.
- Payment obligations remain applicable.
- Delivery schedules must be agreed between both parties.
Scentroma's inventory holding service assists with supply planning and does not represent unlimited storage.
Storage periods, release schedules, and arrangements must be agreed between Scentroma and the customer.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, delivery timeframes, freight arrangements, and international supply conditions are governed by the Scentroma Shipping Policy.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Freight delays, customs delays, and supply chain interruptions may occur.
- Scentroma is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Scentroma website, including:
- Logos.
- Branding.
- Images.
- Product descriptions.
- Website design.
- Marketing materials.
is owned by or licensed to Scentroma.
Customers must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Scentroma intellectual property without written permission.
Customers retain ownership of artwork and branding materials supplied by them.
Customers grant Scentroma permission to use supplied materials solely for approved production purposes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scentroma is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including:
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of business opportunities.
- Production delays.
- Customer manufacturing losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Scentroma's liability will be limited to the remedies available under applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services
Scentroma may use third-party providers including:
- Payment providers.
- Freight providers.
- Website providers.
- Other service providers required to operate our business.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and conditions.

Scentroma reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

16. Governing Law
